How long will it take to design my logo?
First you’ll submit your Creative Brief and within 2 business days you will receive your initial concepts (the number of concepts you receive is based on which package you purchased). You will receive final files for your selected logo within 2 business days. If you need to make changes, you can submit a revision request. The turn-around time for revisions is also 2 business days. What if I don’t like my initial concepts?
You are eligible for a full refund up to the point where you select an initial concept to revise. If you do not like your initial concepts, you can contact us and we will process a full refund for you (check out our Guarantee page for more details). Alternatively, if you feel we did not have the right information, or if you now have a better understanding of what you want for your logo, then you can simply request revisions on a design.
What is a revision round?
In the revision stage, designers are fine-tuning your chosen design to become exactly what you want. Most commonly in a revision, they are fixing things like color, fonts or layout to the logo. Sometimes a more extensive revision is necessary, and if there are any questions about your request we will attempt to contact you. Otherwise, you will receive your requested revisions within 2 business days.
What happens after we finalize the logo?
Once you have approved the final logo design, the designer will create final logo files that you will download through our project center. The formats you will receive are adobe illustrator (vector-format), EPS (editable design file), PSD, BMP, PDF, GIF, JPG, TIF, PNG. The files will remain in the project center for you to download for up to 2 weeks.
