How it Works

STEP 1. Select Design Package

Select a logo design package that is best for you and follow the checkout process to submit your order.

STEP 2. Project Center

Receive an invitation to our project center so we can easily collaborate on your project.

STEP 3. Creative Brief

Complete a creative brief that ensures a full understanding of your business, your requirements, and your vision.

STEP 4. Design Review

Once we receive your creative brief, you’ll receive original logo design concepts in just 2 business days. At this stage you can either approve the design or request revisions. If you requested a revision, your revised design concepts will arrive within 2 business days.

STEP 5. Delivery

Once you are completely satisfied with the design concept, you can request the final files to be delivered. We will provide you with the following file formats of your final design within 2 business days.

  • adobe illustrator (vector-format)
  • .psd
  • .bmp
  • .eps
  • .pdf
  • .gif
  • .jpg
  • .tif
  • .png

This will cover everything you need for web, print and signage.

STEP 6. Stationery Design

Depending on the package you select, we will begin this phase by requesting content details for your business cards, letterhead, and envelope design.
